Shvet Jain


Shvet is a serial entrepreneur and has been building companies over the last decade in Silicon Valley. He was involved in Playdom (a Facebook gaming company backed by Lightspeed Ventures) and Kiwi (a mobile entertainment company backed by Sequoia Capital). Playdom was acquired by Walt Disney for $750M in 2010. Shvet is grateful that he went from a garage startup in Menlo Park to a hyper-growth startup in Silicon Valley to the mothership, Walt Disney, in a span of 5 years, helping him gain a unique perspective.

Shvet led our investments in Mattermost, Gravitational,, CaptivateIQ, Reflektive, Lookback, & Perpetua. He has also helped get companies off the ground from scratch such as Aurora Solar, RudderStack, and Panther Security. His primary interest is in product-led companies.

Shvet holds an MBA from Stanford GSB, Masters in Computer Science from University of Toronto and Bachelors in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
